OUR PUBLICATION
Each member of the Alamo Historical Society receives a copy of our flagship publication, The Alamo Dispatch, filled with book reviews, history, and feature articles about the Alamo and Texas history. Some membership levels offer full-color printed issues of the Dispatch, as well.
Our Annual Symposium & Other events
Every year, to commemorate the fall of the Alamo on March 6, members of Alamo Historical Society convene in San Antonio for history and fellowship. In addition to opportunities to renew bonds with old friends and meet new Alamo enthusiasts, our annual symposium affords attendees a chance to see presentations from historians, authors, and other experts in all things Alamo and the Texas Revolution. Some years, we offer additional events such as banquets, social gatherings, bus trips to other sites pertinent to the Texas Revolution.
